Terms and Conditions (AGB) & Cancellation Policy

3. Subject Matter of the Contract The subject of the contract is the sale of digital products (specifically interactive Google Maps Pin Lists). The products are not delivered on a physical data carrier but are provided digitally via access to a member area or via download.

4. Conclusion of Contract The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button and completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the digital content. The contract is concluded when I accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after the purchase.

5. Prices and Payment All prices stated are total prices. In accordance with the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged and therefore not shown on the invoice. Payment is processed via the payment methods offered in the checkout.

6. Provision of Digital Content The digital products are provided immediately after receipt of payment. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the digital content.

7. Usage Rights / Copyright The digital products are protected by copyright. I grant you a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any distribution, reproduction, public making available, or commercial use (e.g., resale of the Pin List) is strictly prohibited.

8. Cancellation Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Right of Cancellation You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. Consequences of Cancellation If you cancel this contract, I will refund all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received notice of your cancellation.

Premature Expiration of the Right of Cancellation for Digital Content The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts concerning the delivery of digital content not on a physical data carrier if I have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that I shall begin to perform the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that by agreeing to the commencement of performance you lose your right of cancellation.

9. Applicable Law German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
