With this package, you do not have to start from scratch. You tell me what you are dreaming of, and I turn it into a thoughtful, realistic and personal route.

Think of it as having a coffee with a good friend who has known Sri Lanka for many years: you share what matters most to you, and I create the kind of route I would put together for people in my own circle of friends – honest, personal and based on genuine experience on the island.

What your Personal Sri Lanka Itinerary includes

• Detailed travel questionnaire: After booking, you will receive a detailed questionnaire where you can tell me about your travel dates, available time, travel pace, interests, must-sees, no-gos, accommodation preferences and any existing plans or bookings.

• My individual preparation: Based on your answers, I create a first personalised route before our call. I think through the order of places, suitable overnight stays, realistic travel times and the experiences that genuinely fit your trip.

• 60-Minute Teams Call: I present your draft itinerary and we talk through it together. You can ask all your questions, tell me what feels right and what you would like to adjust, and we refine the route until it feels like your journey.

• Honest, personal recommendations: I share the places, hotels, restaurants and experiences that I have personally selected, experienced or come to know reliably over many years – always with your travel style and priorities in mind.

• Sri Lanka Pin List – yours to keep: Your package also includes lifetime access to my interactive Google Maps Pin List (regular price: €12.99). It features around 700 hand-picked locations across the island, each with my personal notes. You can use it throughout your planning and while you are travelling.

• After our call:

  • You will receive your finalised itinerary as a clear PDF. It includes the recommended order of places, suitable overnight stays, realistic transfer guidance and selected recommendations from your Pin List that fit your individual route.

  • After receiving your final itinerary, you may send me one bundled follow-up email within 7 days, including up to three questions. One minor adjustment to your itinerary is included. Major route changes, additional research and support during your trip are not included.

How it works

2. Immediately after purchase, you will receive a PDF with the access link to your Sri Lanka Pin List and the link to my detailed travel questionnaire.

3. Once you have completed the questionnaire, I will start preparing your personalised route and contact you personally by email within 24 hours to arrange our 60-minute Teams call. Please also check your spam folder.

4. We discuss your route together, and you receive your final personal itinerary as a PDF after our call.
