There is no single perfect Sri Lanka itinerary for everyone. But there is a journey that fits you: your available time, your pace, and the experiences you are looking for. During our personal call, we will look at your plans together and shape a route that feels right instead of rushed.

Think of our call as having a coffee with a good friend who has known Sri Lanka for many years: you tell me what matters to you for your trip, and I share the very same honest tips and recommendations I would give to my own circle of friends.

What your travel consultation includes:

• Short preparation questionnaire: After booking, you will receive a short questionnaire where you can share your travel dates, current ideas and wishes. This helps me make the most of our time together.

• 60-Minute Teams Call: We talk through your individual wishes, questions and priorities, including travel pace, distances, suitable regions and special experiences.

• Joint Route Planning: If you already have a rough route, we look at it together live in the call and assess whether it feels realistic in terms of distances, travel pace and number of stops. If you are just getting started, we develop a suitable first route together.

• Honest, personal recommendations: I share places, hotels, restaurants and experiences that I have personally selected, experienced or come to know reliably over many years – always with your travel style in mind.

• Sri Lanka Pin List – live in your call & yours to keep: Your package also includes lifetime access to my interactive Google Maps Pin List (regular price: €12.99). It features 700+ hand-picked locations across the island, each with my personal notes. During our call, we’ll use the map together to identify the places that best fit your route and travel style. It’s yours to keep and revisit whenever you need it.

• After our call:

  • You will receive a clear PDF summary of the route we developed together, including the recommended order of places, suggested overnight stays and the most important notes from our conversation.

  • You may send me one brief follow-up question by email within 7 days if anything we discussed needs clarification. New route planning, itinerary changes, additional research and support during your trip are not included.

Good to know:

This consultation is ideal if you would like to develop or refine your route together. If you would prefer me to prepare a fully personalised itinerary for you in advance, including individual research and a final detailed handout, my “Premium - Your Personal Sri Lanka Itinerary” package is the better fit.

How it works:

1. Book your travel consultation here in the shop.

2. Immediately after purchase, you will receive a PDF with the access link to your Pin List and the link to my short preparation questionnaire.

3. Shortly after your booking, you will receive three suggested times for our call by email. Please send me your completed questionnaire at least 24 hours before our agreed appointment. If this is not possible, we will reschedule the call so that I can prepare carefully for your trip. Please also check your spam folder.
